Kai Village powered stall sites cost  $1000 including GST for an up to 6x3m site. To secure your spot in our Kai Village, the fee must be paid in full within 2 weeks of confirmation of this application.

A non-refundable 50% of the fee will be retained in the event of a cancellation by the trader. All stall Holders must provide everything you need for your own stall including gazebo or food truck and tables, etc. This fee includes 2 Full Festival Passes. Please remember that this event is waste free and refrain from supplying single use cutlery.

Vehicle Passes and extra festival passes for staff must be purchased separately using our discount code.
