ARRIVAL TIMES

Pre Festival Volunteers: arrive 3 days prior to the opening day.

In Festival Volunteers: arrive the day before festival opens for training.

Packdown Volunteers: commitment to stay until packdown is complete (3 days maximum), refundable festival entry ticket is still required.
MEALS & ACCOMODATION
We are delighted to offer one delicious meal per day during your time of volunteering. It's our way of ensuring you are well-nourished and energised for your valuable contributions!
Bring along all the necessary camping gear and essentials to make your stay comfortable throughout the duration of the event.
VOLUNTEER ZONE
To ensure you feel right at home, we have a dedicated volunteer hub - a beautiful marquee adorned with cozy cushions, tea facilities, and a serene chill-out area where you can unwind and connect with your fellow volunteers. This space will be exclusively reserved for our incredible crew, providing a private sanctuary for relaxation and connection. The hub will serve as a central base for various activities, including roster distribution and delicious food services.
